Here’s an article I will pass on from Kevin Kleitches, a blogger who has Tourette’s Syndrome. You may have been around someone with Tourette’s and intially thought their behavior was odd – disruptive even.
But have you ever thought about it from THEIR point of view? How it feels, knowing that an embarassing tic is coming on – naturally in the worst possible time and place – and knowing they can’t stop it?

He has said it very well. This is why we are launching our non-profit organization to award college scholarships to deserving students with Tourette’s Syndrome…because they have a struggle ahead, and we want to encourage them to keep at it and accomplish their educational, financial and career goals.
