Dear Friends and Corporate Supporters,
Dollars 4 Tic Scholars, a one-year-old foundation whose mission is to award college scholarships to students with Tourette Syndrome, needs your participation on February 26, 2016.
Friday Nite with Chelsea White, A Scholarship Fundraiser for Students with Tourette Syndrome, will be held on Friday, February 26, 2016 at the South County Civic Center, 16700 Jog Road, Delray Beach, FL at 6:30pm. Our gala event features a performance by New York City’s Chelsea White, comedian and writer/producer of MTV’s Girl Code & Girl Code Live! In addition, the event will include dinner, beverages, raffles, silent auction and Foundation updates.
In order to make this a successful event, we would appreciate a contribution from you or your company/organization. We have Sponsorship spots available. Sponsors will be advertised on all marketing material including social media and at the fundraising event as well. We are also seeking items or gift baskets for raffle and for silent auction, and also small items for the giveaway Goody Bags.
Dollars 4 Tic Scholars is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization established in honor of Kelsey B. Diamantis. Our mission is to encourage students, like Kelsey, with Tourette Syndrome to attend college and to stay in college through awarding college scholarships as an investment in their future contributions to society. Students with Tourette’s have trouble focusing, studying and learning due to the distraction of chronic vocal or motor tics. In 2015 we awarded three college scholarships to deserving students totaling $2500. We also sent two children to Tourette Syndrome summer camp thanks to generous donations of goods and funds from businesses and individuals like you. Please visit our website at https://www.dollars4ticscholars.org.
Revenue from raffle tickets and the silent auction will help us provide scholarship funds to these deserving students for 2016. Please show your support by participating in this worthwhile event. Thank you for making a difference.
Respectfully,
Diane Diamantis
